Trails at Brown’s Mill Battlefield
Owned by Coweta County, Brown’s Mill Battlefield is a 200-acre park that proudly provides walking, hiking, and biking trails for the public. There are currently five walking trails and one biking trail for visitors to explore with distances ranging from 1.5-2.5 miles. The Blue Trail is specially groomed to be wheelchair accessible and has educational interpretive signs for visitors to learn more about the park. Parking admission is free and the park is open 7 days a week. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.

The LINC is an incredible multipurpose trail system located in Newnan, Georgia. It offers a variety of amenities, including benches, bike racks, signage, trash receptacles, a tool station, and a dog station. The trail’s 1.4 miles of Phase 1 and 3.4 miles of Phase 2 also offer plenty of opportunities for walkers, runners, skaters, bicyclists, and people using non-motorized vehicles. Boardwalk Trail
Newman Wetlands in Hampton is an easily accessible and enjoyable area to explore. With its trails, picnic area, and learning center, visitors will have plenty to keep them occupied. The main Boardwalk Trail is a 1/2 mile long, flat, and boasts covered areas, benches, and beautiful views. Two primitive trails also loop back to the main one, allowing for some variety. Admission and parking are free, and the Learning Center offers an exhibit area for further exploration.

Peachtree City is renowned for its 90+ miles of golf cart paths, which provide a stunning walking experience. With plenty of trails to explore, the area is a great place to enjoy a stroll or run.
